About Me
Demra Robbins is an overcomer of childhood trauma who has spent decades learning how to turn down life’s chaos and turn up God’s truth.
She grew up in a home marked by divorce, generational alcoholism, and a mother who struggled with severe mental health challenges and later died by suicide. Instead of letting those voices define or defeat her, Demra chose to repurpose her pain for God’s glory and help others find healing, hope, and joy again.
Today she is a wife, mother of three, international speaker, and encouragement trainer who has built a network of more than 200,000 clients, partners, and mission connections across the globe. She has spoken in schools, churches, charities, and alongside organizations like the National Alliance on Mental Illness, while also leading a post-abortive recovery group for women seeking freedom from shame and secrecy through Surrendering the Secret organization.
Through her podcast GodlyNoise, Demra shares the truth she has gathered from decades of journals, speaking, lots and lots of prayer, healing work—and yes, a few honest cries in the closet when life got overwhelming.
Because the truth is… we all have messy moments behind closed doors.
But here’s the good news?
God specializes in turning messes into masterpieces.
Demra holds tightly to the promise in Jeremiah 32:27: “I am the Lord, the God of all mankind. Is anything too hard for me?”
Spoiler alert: the answer is no.
And that means your story isn’t over yet either!

On the more practical side of life, I’m pretty simple.
I was born and raised in Texas—grew up with horses, love good Tex-Mex, and still believe Southern hospitality is a real thing. I’m the wife of one incredibly patient (and handsome) husband and the mom of three hilarious, kind-hearted kids who keep life interesting.
I’m also an unashamed lover of Jesus—the Savior of my soul.
Somewhere along the way, this deeply wounded woman discovered there’s a lot more to life than skinny jeans and being popular… and yes, that lesson applies well beyond high school.
I love international mission trips, deep conversations about faith and life, watching my husband play golf, Friday night lights, family movie nights, and a good Pilates class. I don’t drink coffee or eat bacon, but I can absolutely binge on cauliflower pizza like it’s a competitive sport.
And every day, in big ways and small ones, I’m looking for new ways to help others reclaim the joy that’s been waiting inside them all along.
